ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
As the customer, once I make a payment for services, I fully acknowledge that NO REFUNDS will be given as Richmond Auto Detailing is a mobileservice. This means that they have cost of gas to travel, laborer costs, supplies to be purchased per job (usually non-refundable by merchant), and if a re-schedule occurs, significant costs are incurred. I also understand that Richmond Auto Detailing will re-service if I am not entirely satisfied with the original service (within reason). However, we will always service the customer once contract is made by the purchase. I will not attempt to contact the credit card (also referred to as a chargeback) issuer to ask for a refund once my purchase is made. And, if I do, Richmond Auto Detailing will contest with your card issuer based upon the aforesaid. Plain language: Once you purchase our services. That's it. We will service you and fulfill our portion of the agreement. Hence, DO NOT BREACH THE CONTRACT. Don't try to scam us. We will not scam you.

Licensed and Insured. Due to the fact that we are a mobile service we are unable to provide a refund for services once booked. Therefore "NO REFUNDS and this is absolute". However, if we have to reschedule for any reason, we will always re-service within 5 days. Hence, we will always provide services once paid.
